Shipping Information:

Whether you order sofa cushions or dining chair cushions, cushions are shipped directly to your home via FedEx, UPS, or common carrier. Ship times vary based on the time of year and are posted on each cushion product page. FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!!

Refund Policy:

We take pride in all of the cushions that we sell. Cushions are custom made for you and are non returnable/refundable. Rest assured if there is a defect in your cushion, it will be replaced at no cost to you. Therefore, please double-check all measurements we list and measure your furniture frames (not your cushions). Please also note the cushion shape; for example, square or rounded corners. Any cushions sent back to us will be returned to sender. All sales are final and changes to your order and cancelations cannot be made after the fabric has been cut. New York State law permits cancellation of an order within 48 hours of the placement without any penalty. If you wish to cancel after 48 hours, the order cannot be canceled. There are no exceptions.

Please be aware that cushion orders placed during the height of our season (May-July) may need additional time to ship.

This also applies to umbrellas & rugs. Rest assured if there is a defect in your cushion, it will be replaced at no cost to you.

*Sales Tax- We are required to collect sales tax on any order shipped in NY State on all of our cushions. All other customers are bound by the sales tax laws governing their states.

We have made an effort to provide fabric images that closely represent the fabric colors. However, due to all the possible variants (e.g. light source, monitor quality, etc.), we cannot guarantee that the fabric images accurately represent the true fabric colors. Please take this into consideration if you are trying to match colors of materials.
